Shades of Grey

Band member Charles Hixon has performed at the Festival for the past two years with a different band, but the band Shades of Grey is very excited to be performing for the first time! They’re looking forward to the diversity of the people who attend the event because that is what makes CAMF stand out from other festivals. Since the festival is so active, there is a constant audience which allows the band to stay vibrant.

Shades of Grey plays mostly rock classics from the 70s through today. Their most requested song is Wagon Wheel written by Bob Dylan and performed by Darius Rucker. The band has a variety of influences, essentially any song that connects with the band members and to the people that come watch them perform!

The band wants to let festival goers know that they should be ready for a wide variety of songs, everything from Hotel California to Wagon Wheel. They love to bring back great memories for every listener. Shades of Grey is very excited to perform on the Mobile Music Stage from 1:45-3:00 on Saturday, July 15.

Brian Lindsay Band

The Brian Lindsay Band is very excited to return to the CAMF this year! The band loves the Finger Lakes area and is looking forward to playing for such a wonderful crowd on a beautiful summer day.

The group mostly plays American Rock N’ Roll but gets requests from a variety of music. Most requested are a few from their CDs, Eastside of the River, King of the Mountain, and Lone Wolf Zero.

An inspiration for the group’s music continues to be reaching as many folks as possible with the joy of music. For anyone attending the festival this year The Brian Lindsay Band promises a fun filled performance that will inspire! See them on the Mobile Music Stage from 5:30-7:00 on Friday, July 14th.

Amy Montrois Band

After attending CAMF in the past, Amy Montrois decided to join this year as a musical act. She liked how different this festival is from others, and is excited to be a part of it this year!

Amy enjoys playing music that she likes to hear. Not having a particular influencer or inspiration allows her to experience all types of music. Her band plays a little bit of everything, including pop, rock, alternative and country. If she were able to front an original band, she would want it to be like Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, or Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds.

See Amy Montrois Band on the Mobile Music Stage on Sunday, July 16th from noon to 1:15. You may just catch them performing Black Horse and Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall, as it’s their most requested song!

The Textured Whinos

The Textured Whinos will be performing on Friday, July 14th from 1:45- 3:15 P.M.

This mostly acoustic rock band will be playing everything from contemporary, classic rock, to country, and folk. Music from the 60s to today will be featured during their set, as the band members channel their inspirations which include everything from Bob Dylan, James Taylor, and 3 Doors Down to The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.

The Textured Whinos love coming to the festival because the audience is enthusiastic and loves live music as much as they do! The band is excited for everyone to shake their bones – and expect something by John Denver, because his songs seem to be the most requested by fans.
